I have a 1995 c1500 Silverado. About two weeks ago, I got caught out in a rainstorm, and much to my dismay, my wipers didn't work on any speed other than high intermittent and mist. I put a new pulse board on the wiper motor, and that did not fix it. In fact, now all I have is the mist. Upon discovering this, I took a test light to the connector that hooks up to the board, and after testing at each speed setting, discovered that I am not getting power to every pin hole on the connector. My first thought after this was that my relay switch in the steering column was going bad, but I am no mechanic. Any ideas?
