Question Clusters have me Clustered

The plug-ins are different on the back of the two clusters though. What I'm wondering is if I hard wire the plug-in from the 92 Chevy to the 89 Chevy wiring will it work? Are the wiring diagrams the same in a 89 as the 92?

Find a cluster out of a '91, which had the sweep guages. They are kinda spendy, but they are out there.
