Levelin keys are reindexed for more lift. That's the only difference. If your bars aren't saggin, just crank stock keys

you should be able to fit those without a leveling kit or cranking the keys, if you want the front end raised a bit and dont mind a little bit stiffer of a ride to the keys but if you dont mind spending a little extra for a nicer ride go with the leveling kit

Common misconception. Levelin kit doesn't give you a smoother ride. Crankin stock keys all the way up is a much better ride than crankin a levelin kit. Levelin keys are reindexed and allow for more crank, leavin less room between the upper arm and the droop stop. Suspension bottomin out and horrible tie rod/ball joint/ cv angles

I cranked my keys up and did need extensions. My old shocks were extended all the way out and my truck rode like a hay wagon. I replaced my shocks with Rancho's in the stock length (takes any guess work out of it) and bought extensions off of eBay for about $25. This was money well spent. Rides like a truck again instead of a hay wagon.
