Quite a while ago the trans in my 05 Silverado started slipping out of gear @ stops and slow cornering. Then would engage @ high rpm's very hard. Manually shifting to second and then on up stopped the hard engaging, but now it wont engage @ all. Reverse works fine. New trans time?

 

Um I am not a trans mechanic; however, I don't see that being a easy fix. I would type into google 05 silverado 4l60e transmission problems and there is a website that gives different symptoms and tells you what the problem is. I used it for my 99.
