Default 1993 chevrolet Silverado 1500

I recently noticed I had low battery volts replaced my battery and alternator was okay but once warmed up when I put on the windshield wioers heat etc mt volts go down ive never experienced this before I noticed it the other day when it was really cold out and driving home from work got a brank new battery and alternator but if I have headlights on n turn on heat dash lights n headlights dim for a secons and go back to normal if I turn uo the radio as bass comes in I loose volts any iddeas on what could be causing this? Also does it in reverse help?

Check all your battery cables for loose connections and corrosion. Check at both ends of the cables, not just at the battery. Possibly a bad ground somewhere.

I followed the ground from the battery to the motor looks like the previous owner painted it and got paint on the ground plus there's some rust in the nut looks like some snow hit it when it stormed should I remove it and clean it my self if so whats the best way

Remove and clean everything with a wire brush. If the cable looks like it is bulging or corroded on the ends then replace it.

Realize this is a little late, however had the same issue. ended up beiing the battery terminal connector. replaced that and it fixed the issue completely.
