My flasher in my pickup just started acting up. It keeps intermittently clicking, similar to the noise it makes when turn signal is on. Clicking stops when brake pedal is depressed. None of the lights are flashing unless selected to do so. I bought a new flasher and problem still persists. Similar threads indicated a possible bulb by fuse box or glove box or the multi function switch may be bad which is expensive.
Will it hurt anything to continue driving as is? I only use the truck occasional for dump trips etc. Can put up with the noise as long as it will not cause any problems.
