Welcome to the forum. Does the the security light flash? If so, you have a Passlock problem. Try waiting 10 minutes with key on to see if it stops flashing. Then, try starting it.

Start the truck up and take it for a drive, the computer has to relearn all the engine and drive train settings again.

I recommand to everyone before you unhook a battery on one of these new cars, chevy, ford, dodge, hondia, any of them. Go buy one of those things that you put in the cigarette lighter plug that keeps the computer memory from clearing by keeping voltage to it with a 9v battery. So it doesnt clear computer. Have had fords come in after putting new batteries in, you have to have the security system reprogramed cause it loose the keys, new hondias come in you take battery loose and it clears whole computer have take car to dealer and get it reprogrammed. So a 20 dollar gadget is better then a 250 to 300 dollar fix.
