Im not sure but pretty positive that this is a gas line.(smells like gas) the rusty one to the left is leaking i cant find out where this goes to but you can see the line move up by the motor, can this be easily replaced?

That sucks, I think you have to drop your tank to replace that factory crimped hose, yep thats a gas line.

It looks like its leaking at the connection where the steel line meets the hose line.

I would say that from the picture, it looks like this is located in the front where the steel lines turn off the frame rail and turn up along the trans to the throttle body.
You should be able to replace the line section after you determine exactly where the leak is at. Both the supply and return lines run in segments from the throttle body, along the frame and to the tank.
You may need to order the replacement section, but it is fairly simple to do.

So can i get an admin or mod to verify, do i need to replace the whole line? pretty sure i just need that metal peice to be replaced, maybe theres a quick way to patch it for a bit?
or actually i was thinking cut the bad part off and put a rubber hose over it but idk if its low pressure line or a high pressure line?

If the steel line is crimped to the hose, its all one peice and needs to be replaced.

You cant patch that.

fuel lines are never anything you should cobble up, and never use low pressure gas hose on fuel injection

It is the line closest to the throttle body I just replaced it on my 95. You can not replace just the metal fitting they are factory made. You can buy the pre bent line from the tank to the filter. As far as from the filter to the TB I just bought braided lines. You might be able to get a prebent line from the dealer.
