Is it just me or are the manufactures having an ugly truck contest????

My username is Pugly: P for Pig - it gets 14 mpg and it's ugly = Pugly - my Silverado is an ugly truck - it probably has the worst lines of all the manufactures.

Which one of these 2014s do you thinks the ugliest?? Tough call for me.

 

It seems they are trying. It seems that they are getting the body bigger also in addition to being ugly. So now the trend seems to be who can make the biggest ugly truck possible.

Yes and it is a bit bigger than my 95 C1500 which would be like an S10 compared to some I have seen lately and they all seem to have either an extended cab or 4 doors. Helped a friend buy a used truck earlier this year and about 95% of all the trucks on all the lots either had extended cab or 4 doors. Took a while to find a newer truck with a standard cab.

 

I definitely thick the Ford is the ugliest and the Chevy is the best looking. They are trying to compete with each other. If one gets bigger they all have to get bigger. Whatever one comes out with the others have to get it also.

 

I can't say one is any better looking than the other - I think they are all pretty sad looking.

Friends still marvel that I bought a regular cab - I plan on buying a slide in camper and a extended cab with an 8 ft bed is just way too long for me - that and I think regular cabs are better looking than the ext or the crew cabs.

 

Dunno Pard,

I kinda favor the Power Strokes after spending all those years working on the Chevys.
