hi i'm new to the forum and i am currently in iraq but i just bought a 1996 silverado 1500 2wd and i was looking for suggestions for headers and y pipe i've been looking for a y pipe everywhere and i cannot find one for this truck anny suggestions would be greatly appreciated THANKS

it's possible to do what my friend did which is get the pacesetter longtubes if you're gettin a off road y pipe and pacesetter also makes a y pipe to combine with it so it could be a package deal...you're gonna want to get it tuned once you put them on too

pacesetter doesn't make a off road y for your truck but jegs has one for yours

you may have to find some different headers or get an exhaust shop to put a reducer on the end of the header collector because it's 3 inches and that y-pipe is 2 1/4 and that's the only y-pipe I found for your truck...but you're welcome
