Fuel Pressure
1998 Chevy Silverado Z71
350 Cu In. - 5.7 Liter
Tested Fuel Pressure @ Fuel Rail:
KEY-ON
1st. = 49psi
2nd.= 50psi
3rd.= 50psi..........would not start until I poured a little Fuel into TB
TRUCK RUNNING
1st. = 53psi
2nd. = 54psi
3rd. = 55psi.
LEAKDOWN (Truck Off)
55psi - 48psi in 8 minutes.......Can hear a gurgling sound coming from Gas Tank like maybe the Fuel is pushing back into the Tank?
Does this sound like a bad Fuel Pump?
***Fuel Filter replaced 5 days ago after symptoms got worse***
