Yes all 2wd pick ups are rear wheel drive. Good tires and sand bags would help some but not alot. Looks like all it need now is the bumper. To do the Caddy you would need both fenders, hood, bumper,grill and head lights. Caddy conversion would be alot more.

Silverados have known instrument pod problems. Guage motors are faulty and can beging to give flase readings. Pods usually need to be replaced or rebuilt. Blower resistor issues. High failure rate and can burn/melt the harness connector requiring you to splice in a new heavier duty pigtail. DRL's can burn the bulb socket requiring splicing in new sockets.
