HELP sway question
Hey guys got a 1999 tahoe 4x4 i want to take the trans out of(4l60e) and put in my 1997 silverado 4x4 (4l60e) put down a down payment today and now someone told me 1996-1997 1500 NEEDS a 1996-1997 trans .Please tell me thats not true!!!!!!!!my buddy said it will bolt up but not shift ???If so can I take the guts out and fix my trans ???/Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
