I have a 1992 1/2 ton 4 wheel drive silverado that makes a high pitch noise coming from the front drivers side. Just replaced both front drive axles, which were worn, and that didnt solve the problem. It is a manual tranny and when the clutch is pushed in the noise stops. It only makes the noise between 5mph and about 45mph. What could it be?
