Limp Mode?????

Hello, I have a 2003 Silverado. It recently stopped shifting into 3rd gear. It will shift but not until you reach about 3500 RPM. It is showing codes B2725 and B0790. If you could give me some help with this I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
