Default mounting location for air bag controls

I apologize, as I am sure that the "suspension air bag" subject has been discussed extensively in other threads. however, I am trying to figure out the cleanest set up for mounting my switches and gauges, in the cabin. naturally, the huge empty compartment that would be the ashhole is the first place to come to mind. wondering if you guys have any better solutions, before I start running lines? thanks

I haven't done one for the new body style but for previous generations and other brands; the best mount location imo is the center seat position low on the dash....if you don't have the center console.

This spot is easy to reach, you don't knee or boot it on entry. The air lines are clean and easy to run and the gauge mounts easy. The electrical can be picked up from the outfitters connections in the fuse panel in the drivers footwell. The lights for the gauge can be pick up from the passenger side fuse panel at the side of the dash.

if you have only one battery, put the compressor in the auxiliary battery position. Its better there than under the truck and requires running only 1 long air line front to back.

thank you. that area does seem to make the most sense, as I am with out center console (40/20/40) I will go ahead with the big empty compartment that would be an ashtray, in smoker package.
thanks for the fuse out locations, as well.
