No shift out of 2nd gear

No shift out of 2nd gear
2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 will not shift out of 2nd gear. Has Park, reverse, 1st, and 2nd but no 3rd or 4th. Valve body was replaced new TPS sensor has been put on. All solenoids are working correctly. Scanner is showing that the computer is telling the tranny to shift. Wires to transmission all check out and are good. Can anybody shed some light on my situation?

Bad Trans
Just had the same problem on my 1999 Silverado 1500 4x4 5.3l. Daughter driving on freeway RPM went crazy, she pulled over, called me and then went to get the truck.. No 3rd or 4th after 30mph. Drove truck in 2nd for 85 miles on freeway at 52mph 3700 rpm. Long drive but have no carbon buildup. Ended up bad trans and did a 2k swap with updates and and bigger clutches from local trans shop and one day service. Thanks All Valley Transmission Clovis, Ca
