problems with silverado 2500

problems with silverado 2500
Hey guys im new here and i was wondering if anyone would have any clue of what may be causing my problems
Rpm fluctuation while in park
running really rough
smells rich when i rev engine
somtimes stalls when i try to accelelerate
No check engine until it stalls
had a similair problems months ago and was fixed by replacing the fuel filter
Almost sounds like a vacuum leak but i cant seem to find one
ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED
