My 97 Silverado don't seem to go into 4 Hi from 2 Hi 100%. There is a vibration coming from the front end while driving when doing so. If I switch from 2hi to 4 lo and then to 2 hi or 4hi it seems to work fine. From what I'm reading so far it might be the actuator?

 

When it don't seem to go into 2 or 4 all the wt t, sometimes a good bump seems to knock it in at times

I replaced the actuator and no luck.
What might be my next option? Transfer case motor?
