Default S&B CAI and Poweraid TB Spacer

Hey Guys, just installed the TB Spacer and S&B CAI last night. I must say it was an easy install and wow, my 07 NBS 5.3 came to life!!! The motor has a very nice growl to it when you get into the throttle a bit, sounds excellent and there is DEFINATELY a noticable power increase at the low-mid range. I will be posting some pics tonight of the install on photobucket that i will link up to this thread later on, hope you guys will check it out!

Looking forward to the pics. I'm glad to hear the positive feedback as I've been thinking about doing the same thing. Did they both fit? Also where did you go to get them?

You can get S&B CAI's at www.autoanything.com , www.jegs.com , and several other online stores. Auto anthing usually offers free shipping and I think jegs does to.

i ordered the S&B directly from the company because they offer free engraving of up to 28 characters i believe it is, so i have my own engraving on the plexi that goes over the filter, pretty cool, plus i ordered the oiling kit with it so that i would have it on hand. Both of them fit but it did take a little time to make it work because of the spacer, but everything went in smooth no issues and it sounds amazing.

Installed my S&B Intake and notice some hp gains, but gas mileage still the same. Im thinking of making the opening bigger where the actual fresh air is taken in the body of my truck, all in all i cant tell a big difference from my stock intake with a K&N filter. Especially not 200$ worth of difference lol. My advice would be save your money keep stock intake buy an aftermarket filter, at least on my model truck(2000 New Body). As far as the spacer i dont really know.
