I bought a 4.3 engine out of a blazer and it was supposed to work except the motor mounts are different. The blazer engine is the old style 3 bolt mounts and the silverado 01 is the new 4 bolt style. Iv found a mount. http://www.advanceadapters.com/products/713088-p--vortec-gen-3-mount-to-early-gm-3-bolt-mount-adapter/. These are opposite of what i need these are gen 3 to old 3 bolt. I need 3 bolt to gen 3 and i dont think these can be used for mine the 3 bolts for the adapter plate will stick out and hit the motor mount wont allow it to sit flush. Any ideas. Thanks!!
