As long as you keep the boost low, which the supercharger company will do, you shouldn't have a very big problem. But, the motor still won't last as long with the supercharger as it would without it. I would consider forged internals if I were you. 177000 miles is a lot, imo, for an engine to have when being introduced to a supercharger. When you get the supercharger, you will develop a heavy foot, expect to do a rebuild after you get the supercharger. When you do the rebuild remember, FORGED. Get everything forged.

A stock 5.7L can run great at and up to 300k, AS LONG AS IT IS PROPERLY MAINTAINED! Throwing a supercharger on a 350 at almost 200k, you are asking for problems, there are many "suggestions" when purchasing a charger from GM, let alone any other aftermarket company, for example, ... Exhaust, Air intake, Timing, ECM/ ECU/ PCM upgrades, there is a reason they ask for this information, let alone you want to run full Forged internals to handle that "extra" HP/ Boost.... I would look into buying a decent crate motor before wasting you money on a SC, Hope this helps...

the only sc's I've seen for these trucks is over 4k. With that money, you could build a great 383 with more power than you would see with the sc. Especially since you would have to rebuild your old motor anyway.
