Default suspension creaking

I have an 05 1/2T Silverado 2 wheel drive.
Whenever I pull into a driveway (or any other uneven surface) my front suspension sort of creaks and groans. I have 198,000 on it. All I know is the lower ball joints are original (riveted on). It feels like the sound is coming from the front end.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Either ball joints or A-frame bushings. Kind of a 'grinding' sound would mean ball joints and the bushings sound like a squeak.
