Went back a sixth time to get the Software downloaded to the radio. They finally were able to flash the radio and it did not resolve my problem. They finally ordered the radio yesterday and it will be in this week or beginning of next. I hope this is resolves the problem. I have not even had my truck a month and I have been to the dealership 6 times.

I will keep you posted.

Anyone else have this problem at all?

 

Well went back today to get the new radio installed...that finally solved the problem. SO if anoyone experiences this, dont let them give you the run around. Just get a new radio.
