The door lock function works. I can unlock right after I locked the suburban. After a few minutes, it will not work unless I first unlock the car with the key. Any clue on what part or module is not working? I already replaced the batteries in the remote. Thanks!

When I had door lock issues, it was the module down by the parking brake.

 

thnaks. what is that part called if you know? did it need reprogramming?

 

It was called "IP fuse block with internal relay" P/N 15925044

Said replaced due to Doc #1986762.

Didn't say anything on the order about reprogramming.

 

My truck was doing the exact same thing just the other night. I disconnected the battery for 30 seconds and everything was back to normal. Not sure how long that will last but if it happens again I will investigate further.
