I bought the white GM shield too, and put it on my 07 LTZ over the weekend. I really like the bolts and the way that this shield attaches to the hood. This thing is rock solid when everything is tightened down...I also added the matching white window vent shades that went on with foam tape and look great also...nice clean look.

Do away with the bug shields!!!!! Get the invisibra. I bought one called digishield for the front and side mirrors. You can't really tell it is there unless you take a closer look. Keeps a cleaner look. 3M makes a product similar to the digi shield

 

Hi there how much did the bug shields cost? And what could be the advantage of installing it rather than the clear bra? I was thinking of installing one but I want to know some recommendations first.. thanks!

 

I too was wanting to protect my baby; however no bug shield to me looked right on the smooth lines of the 07+

have you considered the clear stuff? I have one I got on ebay for $20 and its worked great for me

the install was a b*tch, but from 4' away you can't see it at all, and from the bugs splatted on it, I know it took the abuse, not my paint...
