Default 07 Tahoe Engine Hot Turn off A/C

Hey everyone I have 2007 Tahoe with 180,000 miles. The Engine Hot Turn off A/C message popped up last week sometime but the truck wasn’t hot at all. Actually just turned it on. So I ended up replacing the thermostat and sending unit and flushed and topped of the coolant. Everything was good as new until yesterday the message popped back up I also realized the oil life was reading zero but also just changed the oil maybe 50 miles ago so I rest it to 100% and drove a little longer and BaM both messages popped up again “Engine Hot” and “Change Enigne Oil Soon”

Any ideas on what’s going on????

Have you check and of the sensors or have someone to check for codes? That would be a source of some good info.

Smile Tahoe 2007 LTZ. Engine Hot / AC OFF Some Fixes + Question

Chevy Tahoe 2007 LTZ / about 100,000 miles.
Car had a NEW ENGINE installed about 2 years ago- at about 94,000 miles.

After that got repeated Engine Hot AC / Off warning. Temp gauge is flat on 0. But Fan Runs continuously. Engine is NOT actually hot. This was 18 months ago. SOLUTION THAT WORKED: Filed down a poorly placed sharp stud/bolt (that was cutting into the wiring). See youtube Below:

That worked well for 16 months. Then warning came up again. Temp gauge is again flat on 0 while the warning is on. The Fan is running continuously. Coolant full. Engine is NOT actually hot. Driven in the condition, eventually CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on too. Repaired a coolant sensor that is close to the exhaust manifold and #1 sparkplug. fixed 'rotted pigtail’ wiring there. That bought us about 6 weeks.
See youtube Below:

Now same warning AGAIN. Same behavior. About to replace the thermostat. Not sure, IS that the right next move? Anyone have any ideas?! THANKS!

Aftermarket sensors are not trustworthy. When it comes to any sensor use Genuine GM ones only.
