Harley Davidson has a selection of chrome "gas cap covers" that are concave and fit over the steering wheel bowtie with heavy duty double edged tape. You need to be a rider to do this.

It won't stop the airbag from deploying but it sure will fly around when it is launched at 1200 feet per second.
