Harley Davidson has a selection of chrome "gas cap covers" that are concave and fit over the steering wheel bowtie with heavy duty double edged tape. You need to be a rider to do this.

I slipped and accidentally cut the whole steering wheel off. Lil' duct tape fixed it right up.

I do not see how it could interfere with the operation of the airbag. It is only glued to the original emblem.

The steering wheel center cap emblem is not available separately; it is part of the air-bag assembly...........sorry.

It won't stop the airbag from deploying but it sure will fly around when it is launched at 1200 feet per second.

Listen son, the wings in the Harley logo are NOT real. They can't actually fly.
