Default 10amp crank fuse pops when the battery gets a little low in my 98 suburban?

its happened twice.1st after we were listening to the radio while sitting on the tail gate for 2hrs and then it happened today. i left the tail gate down leaving the dome lights on and when i went to restart it i heard the crank fuse po that is located in the fuse box on the side of the dash.

the fuse popped the other night, it wouldnt start, went back in the morning and it started?????

also i have noted that if i hit a big bump in the road, the dome lights ficker.

the fuse seens to pop afteri open and close the tailgate and then try to start the burban.
