Default rear end drops down and pops

when i come to a stop in my 95 tahoe, then take off again the whole back end drops down and makes a popping sound. it does this no matter if i barely hit the gas or floor it. i just replaced the shocks but still doing it. im wondering if maybe the axle is moving around? or maybe the spring is broke? i've looked but dont see anything wrong. any ideas? thanks

Yea it could really be anything your hearing or feeling but if its noticeable its probly not the best and actualy to comment I have seen it where if the ubolts have been replaced for any reason they can become loose if they werent torqued down right.
