Seats and console have been re-installed and clearance of the shifter is good. Overall it was a learning experience, hopefully it will be easier the next time. Hope this helps anyone wanting to try it themselves. I will try to answer any questions if you have them, to the best of my ability. Thanks!

Nice job! Hope it works out OK. I'd recommend cutting down the right side of the brake pedal to a normal manual tranny size to prevent "unintended acceleration".
