2001 Tahoe rear hatch will not lock and the rear window will not open.

Can lock the vehicle manually with arm rest or with remote. All 4 passenger doors will lock but the rear hatch will not lock. I have also tried manually with the key in the rear hatch as well. Additionally when pressing the button on the rear hatch for the wind two open it will not open.

Could there be a separate fuse for the rear hatch? Wouldn't think its an issue with the wind as I think that is a manual function.

I've searched the forum and haven't really been able to find this. I did see issues with not unlocking but not locking.

You might try removing the inside panel and see if there is a linkage problem.
