No negativity please. You are about to read what I probably shouldn't have done. So my door is stuck and I haven't been able to get it open. I've had the panel off because the wire rod kept messing up. It appears to be connected as its supposed to be and the door is unlocked. I've moved the rod back and forth tried pressing the lock buttons and nothing. So I started digging inside the door towards the latch to see if maybe I could pop it open somehow but there's really no way to see inside there very well even with a light. So I ended up breaking this little box piece off I know it goes to the mechanism but is there a way to get the door open so I can replace that part?
