2002 Suburban Z71: Trans, oil, knock sensors, and the future
Hello, everyone! Back in December, I posted about my new-to-me 2002 Suburban 1500 Z71, and its glorious problems—many of which have since been solved!

There are some maintenance questions I'll ask about below, but I'll provide an update for the curious, too.
Updates on the car and my misadventures in the spoiler. TL;DR at the bottom!
Now, I am wondering what to do next, and that's why I'm back.
I'd like to replace the transmission fluid, but I'm unsure of flushing. On past cars I've owned, like Fords, high pressure flushes were no-nos; fluid replacement was all you would do. Additionally, I'd re-use gaskets instead of getting new ones, and stuck with Motorcraft filters.
For the '02 'burb, I've read a few threads here (https://chevroletforum.com/forum/tah...a-63762/page2/), but I'm still not really sure what I should do or buy. I know AC Delco is hit or miss nowadays since the cheaper line is re-branded crap. I need to replace the oil pan too, and am wondering the same there.
Lastly, I still have a bad knock sensor problem, and was thinking about what to do when that's (eventually) tackled. The engine is fine otherwise, so I don't much care right now, but I like to know what all I can knock (ha!) out while doing anything that invasive.
TL;DR:

TL;DR:
- What's the recommended brand(s) for transmission filters, gaskets, fluids, and should I do a flush or no?
- Likewise, any recommendations on oil pans and gaskets?
- When I do get to replacing the knock sensors, is there anything else I should do at the same time?
- What else do you recommend that I haven't done for an '02 'burb Z71 with 240,000mi on the engine and a 30,000mi Jasper transmission?
- Things done: several check-ups, new tires, new tie rods, alignment, new hoses and belts, electrical check-up, oil change
