Hi guys, please, help us. We need to take out all seats from our suburban to wash the carpet and can't take out 3rd row. It stucked ewerywhere. First, we can't fold it, neither 1st or 2nd hooks don't work at all. Then, we can't move it from the hooks in the floor. We could unhook it from the right side (closest to the #1 hook), but impossible to do something with the left side. Nothing moves. Please help us how can we take our seat out. Thank you
