2004 Taho HVAC Modeul Calibration?
Looking to calibrate the HVAC actuators on my 2004 Tahoe. I don't have the scan tool. I've read that disconnecting the battery for a few minutes might do it? Also saw this scheme in the Uplander forum--don't think it works for Tahoes:
Alternate Method (w/o Scan Tool)
Clear all DTCs.
Place the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Connect all previously disconnected components.
With the Mode **** in the PANEL position, press and hold the AC button for 5 seconds.
Rotate the Mode **** fully counterclockwise.
Rotate the Mode **** fully clockwise.
Rotate the Mode **** fully counterclockwise.
Release the AC button.
Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
Start the vehicle.
Verify that no DTCs have set as current DTCs.

The HVAC actuator(s) behind the middle of the dash still go CLICK CLICK CLICK when both heat slides are all the way to the top (hot). It's annoying as hell. I have never been able to find a successful method to calibrate them. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
