Default 2006 Chevy Tahoe 5.3 Lt

I have a few questions i recently bought my o6 chevy tahoe dec, 05 And i put brand New 24's 305/35/24 rims on it, I was wondering if i should do any modifications to the suspension since the rims are pretty big and heavy Also whats more for the bang I dont know if i should go with the looks of the exterior or go with performance if i do decide to go with the performance what should i put in it ?

i was thinking the general performance parts such as

1. Cat back exhaust
2. computer Chip
3. short Ram intake

wich will give me more for the bang first eventually i will get all three of them

Any ideas or tips would be appreciated

bigger brakes. if you do the preformance upgrades you are talkin about plis the heavy tires its going to be a pig to stop so i would think about that as one of your upgrades.

Go to trueflow.com before you get an air intake system. Very eye opening. Good looking wheels and tires. Did it hurt the ride any?

Well one thing you should do if you haven't yet, go to a dealer and get the correct tire size programed into the vehicle pcm "for speedo issues", and vses "for abs isues and stability control"

Well the ride did get hurt a little before i woudnt feel certain bumps, About me stopping better i really dont notice that much of a diffrence,
About me changing the speedo and traction and stabality and abs brakes i didnt know the dealer will do some work like that i will look in to that, By the way i thought the speedchip fixed your speedo and tire size and shifting points ?

Well i called the chevy dealer and asked them about the upgrades to my new wheels and they said that they only fixed speedo issues on rims 20 inches and smaller he said that 24's are "HUGGEEE" [] and they dont even work on them So what i'am to do now ?

Its expensive but they make aftermarket programmers. With one of those you can change basically everything in the stock computer from shift points to speedo to top speed limiter. Exhaust always sounds good imo and aftermarket brakes are never a bad idea for larger wheels/tires too.

Im not sure that any of those 3 will give you huge bangs for the buck but id say exhuast first out of those 3.

stuffing a supercharger under the hood after a cat-back exhaust would be sweet.
