Default 2006 lt suburban cluster light

hi crew my cluster light the left side is gone?
does the cluster has bulbs to replace individually or I have to buy the new cluster, I was told that i can not just replace bulbs, (mechanic told me)

any feedback please

the document I have the 2006 Tahoe shows this info... can always take a peek at it and see if you can access the bulbs...

Instrument Cluster Bulb Replacement
Removal Procedure
Important: This procedure calls for the replacement of incandescent bulbs only. The light emitting
diodes (LEDs) are not replaceable individually. If LED or soldered-in incandescent bulb replacement
is needed, send the cluster to an AC Delco Service Center. Refer to Instrument Cluster
Replacement .
1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
2. Unclip the I/P cluster rear cover plate by prying gently on the tabs with a screwdriver.

3. Remove the rear cover plate from the I/P cluster.
4. Remove the bulb and base assembly by turning the bulb 1/2 turn counter clockwise and
pulling outward.
5. Remove the bulb from the base by pulling outward.
Installation Procedure
Important: This procedure calls for the replacement of incandescent bulbs only. The light emitting
diodes (LEDs) are not replaceable individually. If LED or soldered-in incandescent bulb replacement
is needed, send the cluster to an AC Delco Service Center. Refer to Instrument Cluster
Replacement .

1. Install the bulb to the base.
2. Install the bulb into the cluster by inserting the bulb and base assembly and turning the bulb
1/2 turn clockwise.
3. Carefully snap the rear cover plate to the I/P cluster.
4. Install the I/P cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
