Default 2007 Suburban A/C Controls

From reviewing other threads, it looks like I have a blend door actuator problem. (most likely). Problem is which one? Symptoms are: Driverside A/C blows hot air intermittently. Passenger and rear seem to be fine. Also is there a diagram out there showing where they are located? Link? Thanks in advance.

Again..Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum...
Have you tried the re-learn procedure first?
I'd try that before doing a repair that may not be needed.....

The relearn procedure is to pull the HVAC fuse, wait 10 seconds reinstall, turn key to ignition on no crank, wait 1 minute while system relearns. DO NOT make any adjustments while re-learn is in process or system will not work correctly.... FYI anytime the battery is disconnected this procedure MUST be done or HVAC system malfunction will occur....
Also if you search the forum there are procedures on how to replace the blend door actuator.. :-) :-)

FYI,

I tried the re-learn a few times, but the problem returned randomly.

I haven't noticed it return since I replaced the battery in November.

How old is your battery?

If the battery dies or drops too low , it can cause the HVAC to act up...
Since it has not acted up since you replaced it I would suspect that could very well be what might have happened if you have not has to re-learn it since...
