2007 Suburban Dead battery

Battery issues
My first post- very glad to find this Forum.
2007 1500 Suburban 2wd LT, Driving the family home from spring break yesterday on I-75. Going 75mph, I put the window down and suddenly all the electronics on in the suburban go out and the window buttons (all buttons) start clicking up and down for 20 seconds. The Truck never lost engine power and then the electrics come back on. Now when I stop to park, if I hit the door unlock button before I am in park, the truck is dead and will not restart unless I disconnect the + on the battery for 1 minute then everything is reset and ready to go.
Very confusing- I have had the battery checked. Based on what I read on this forum and am thinking this flash upgrade might be something I need to check on. How to I ask my dealer about this? Will the understand my problem?
Many thanks,
David

Welcome to the forum...
I would do a couple of basic checks first, even if you take it in to the dealer.
Make sure your battery cables are clean and firmly attached both positive and the ground cable, need to also check the ground strap from the engine to the body, you will find this near the rear of the engine.

I've always had this problem in my '07 Suburban. I've taken it to the shop and they can't find any issue. I've bought a new battery and only does it once in a while for no reason. I've had it parked for 2 weeks before and starts right up. Sometimes it's parked for a day and the battery is dead. Very aggrivating thing especially when dealer says nothing is wrong with it. I make sure to have jumper cables handy.
