Hope someone can help.
My wife brought the truck to the car wash today and she stated to me that when the attendant went to move the truck it made a high pitched noise. The truck was then turned off to dry and when they were done, the truck would not start. The lights, radio, etc all worked fine. They jumped the truck and it started right up. I have tried to duplicate what happened and of course I cannot make it happen again. Has this happened to anyone else?

I bet the high pitch was the serpentine belt slipping because it was wet, the none start is a bit puzzling but it too could have been because of water being forced into places it didn't belong....

 

x2. would require more info to get a proper direction as to why it wouldn't start... was the key left on? how long did it sit after the shut down? weak battery? etc... if it jumped just fine that would be my first looks, next would be maybe the starter and connections to it...
