Hey all! So I have a weird starting issue.

Randomly, nothing will work such as fob or anything. We get in the vehicle and turn the key, and the check engine light comes on and that is all. The door locks are buzzing and dash is buzzing but no juice. It isn’t the battery, had it tested and even tried a new battery. It isn’t the starter either, as we have no power. Randomly it will do this and then start up like nothing happened.

Full code scan of all 4 code families is step one in any shop or dealer to see what codes are present to help give a diagnosis direction. And not just the P codes but B,U and C codes need to be scanned also.
