I have a 2013 Chevy Suburban, went to go remote start it this morning it worked and now I go to unlock it and then I lock it (all the lights flash like they should) and when I try to press the remote start button the lights flash but it won't engage. I only get one time out of the remote start. Help me with ideas on what could be causing it, I don't want to be taking it to chevy to spend a crap ton money on it.

 

Possible corroded contacts in the crank/start relay. Swap or replace it. Relays are cheap enough.

 

Is the check engine light on? If it is, remote start is disabled.

 

Must be a Silverado thing. Every Chevy in my signature line allows 2 remote starts before needing a key start.
