I have (4) four 2015 Tahoe PPV's----all of them came from the dealer new and had the exact same brake issues, squealing/noisy etc.... and yes the dealer cannot find anything wrong as well. The 2015 has issues!!!! We have put on GM and raybestos "police" rotors and brake pads----we are lucky to get 15k miles from them. UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

squeaking front or rear or both?

Non ppv use organic linings. these pads have a better brake feel and are less likely to squeak....however they will fade under extreme use so are not rated for ppv. It may suck but you its a trade off for the performance the part needs to have. Engineering design is a trade off sometimes.

I have seen some updated products for other vehicles have chamfers in the linings to reduced squeal....maybe they will update the design for this also.

they use a quick take up master cylinders...gm was one of the first companies to use this design 20 years ago.

Default 2015 Suburban with squeaking brakes

My suburban is doing the same thing. Did you ever figure out how to fix it. I have had pads and rotors replaced with no luck getting rid of the squeak. Can't see to find anyone that knows the fix.

Ben.

change the pads. once they are overheated the pads will always squeal. try a different lining material.
