Default 2017 Suburban 2nd + 3rd row seat removal (Cargo Vehicle Use)

Hey there!

First post, trying to get some clarification on something. I would like to remove the 2nd and 3rd row seats in the suburban (2nd row bench/3rd row bench+ power folding both rows) to get more clearance for cargo transport. I was told that they could be removed, but there was no documented information on weather or not removing the seats entirely would disable the entire airbag system.

#TL;DR = Seat removal 2015-2019 Suburban?

Thanks!

Removeable seats like 3rd row should be OK . 2nd row will trigger SRS codes and probably disarm system as they are not designed to be removed.
