Hello all,
I have a 99 8th Gen Suburban K1500. I have a unique problem going on that we have been unable to diagnose. The vehicle is whinning when I am on the gas but goes away when I let off the pedal. The transfer case has been replaced, both axles, the encoder motor for 4wd and the 4wd switch. We have no idea what else could be causing this problem. Any thoughts?
Vehicle has just under 300,000 miles. Crate motor with 150,000 on it, transmission is original.
