Tahoe & SuburbanThe power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.
My front a/c has stopped working. At first it would only blow on defrost but now it's not blowing at all. I've had the blower motor and control switch replaced but it's still not working. I took this pic of the resistor which I will replace next but it looks like something is missing. Can anyone help me out here? I saw a video where the guy had to remove a bracket in order to get to the resistor but there's nothing here in my truck. Is something supposed to be here and connected to the hole over there?
You need to start checking for voltages before you start throwing parts at it. Did the fan motor have 12 volts applied when the switch was turned on? If not, is there 12 volts at the controls switch?
