Hey guys, i have a 1998 tahoe and have some aftermarket halo headlights that i want to install. Has anyone put any in? Any advice on installation? The set i have has wires that need to be wired into a power supply to piwer the actual halos. If anyone can help, i would greately appreciate it

Did the lights come with the ballast (power supply as you called it)

You'll need to connect them to either the parking lights or headlites, depending on when you want them on. You may also need a relay in order to have a dedicated 12V source.

goggle "the retrofit source". It will have all the information and links you need.

Depends on the current draw of the halos.

The lights are nothing special, no projector lights. They just have led halows around the dim halogen buld. No balast or power supply was included

As long as they don't blow the fuse, I guess you're probably OK w/ a direct connection then.
