I'll pull them and get it fixed. Thanks for the help. Is there any other way to clear the codes other than autozone or someone like that resetting them?

Spot on...
You can clear them, but until the cause of the codes is resolved, as soon as the CE or SES light comes on the remote start will all ways stop working...
You might want to post the codes to the forum for more input...
